You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return on eligible items (excluding candles, soaps, and sale merchandise). Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

Once your return is approved, West Clay initiates the refund within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to post the credit to your account.
