Returns are accepted within 30 days in resaleable condition. Refund and exchange requests should be mailed to: Charting Nature, P.O. Box 70344, Eugene, OR 97401. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Unframed prints typically ship within 2–3 business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Framed items ship in about a week via Priority Mail with 2–3 day delivery. International orders ship worldwide with calculated postage plus a $2 handling fee.
