Scuba Dive Store offers a generous 30-day returns window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached, and must not have been tested in water—once used underwater, returns cannot be accepted.

Processing typically takes 5 working days from when your return arrives at the warehouse, though during peak periods allow up to 14 days. Refunds are issued minus original postage costs.
