Draw My Ride offers an Artwork Happiness Guarantee with unlimited free revisions before approval. Once approved and produced, custom artwork cannot be returned since each piece is unique. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, a replacement is sent immediately. Standard returns (30-day window) apply only to unused items in original condition.

Standard design takes 3-5 days, with Fast-Track available in 48 hours (fees apply). After you approve the preview, physical production takes 2-4 days, then 2-3 days dispatch. Free worldwide tracked shipping includes delivery estimates of 2-5 days (UK), 5-10 days (EU), 3-5 days (US), or 10-15 days (rest of world).
