SAVE40 cannot be stacked with existing sales or additional discounts. Only one promo code per order is permitted; if multiple codes are applied, the system will reject the combination.

ENGWE offers a 30-day return window from delivery. Contact service.fr@engwe.com within 30 days to initiate a return; refunds are processed within 3 business days of inspection, though your bank may require 7–14 days to post the credit.
