Apparel can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order if you're unsatisfied. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Hair extensions process in 3 business days and ship via USPS Priority Mail in 3 business days. Apparel is made-to-order (2-4 business days production plus 3 business days shipping via USPS First Class). Earrings and lashes ship the next business day, or same-day if ordered before 3pm Central Time.
