You have 14 days from receipt to request a return or exchange for store credit. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging; returns are store credit only, and you'll cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

U.S. orders ship via USPS within 5–7 business days after a 24–48 hour processing window; international orders via UPS take 5–8 business days plus processing time. Orders over $100 qualify for free U.S. shipping.
